This website, a non commercial information site, accessible at https://alsapan.com/ belongs to the company ALSAPAN SAS, hereinafter referred to as Alsapan, which is responsible for the processing of this site.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our website users as well as those of the candidates who wish to apply for a job with Alsapan. We will use fair and lawful means to ensure that the information you provide to us or that we collect through various channels (including our website, written correspondence (including emails), conversations, meetings or through our offices or websites) is only used for the purposes set out in this policy.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to:

We collect your personal information through a third party website managed by the company ” Intuition “. We hold your personal data and use it to promote recruitment to
Build a sourcing pool by keeping your information for 24 months to inform you of future job opportunities other than the specific position for which you contacted us;
Allow you to submit your resume for general applications or for specific job requests.
Match your information to other job openings to help us find the job that best suits your needs.
To do this, Alsapan Recruitment requires your consent for your responses to job postings and/or unsolicited applications.
Unless you advise us otherwise, we will keep your file for any future opportunity related to your skills. We inform you that your data will be computerized and kept for 24 months. Only Alsapan’s HR department will have access to your data.
You have the choice to provide us with your CV via our website or to give it to one of the HR people to answer a specific job ad.
You can update your resume at any time by simply following the same method as for submitting a new resume. Your old resume will automatically be replaced by the new one for a new period of 24 months.
b) Via the contact form for clients and providers:
We will use your data to respond to your inquiries and to fulfill contractual obligations to our clients.
The retention period for professional e-mails sent via the contact form is 24 months maximum. It follows the rules set up by Alsapan, whether the sender is a customer or a service provider.
